Need JPG Design created in Photoshop with layers

Hi

I've been given a JPG design of a homepage which is fairly basic and I need this re-created in Photoshop with layers so it is ready to be sliced and coded into XHTML and CSS.

Need this done ASAP. $40 budget. PM me only if you have plenty of experience in Photoshop and I will show you the layout.
