Need psd to valid xhtml/css

Need psd to valid xhtml/css. Cannot use absolute positioning. I would like the width lowered to 1024px but look good in higher. I don't care about any resolution lower than that.... if their resolution is lower than 1024x768 they prolly can't afford my services anyway. The grey box needs to be changable via psd later, so please cut that box and keep layers so I can change it later.

Let me know the price, payment via paypal or epassporte once done.
