I think one registrar would be better for some extensions than others. So .de would be better at Registrar A whereas .cc would be better at Registrar B.

I've been using powerpipe.com quite for sometime. Try them... so far I've been satisfied. But they don't provide many other value added services which many registrars do like providing free space etc. But still they are good in many areas.

PowerPipe is an Enom Reseller, which means its a hasle to send your domains to another user isn't it? So you really dont actually have possesion of the name.
