I need a cheap hosting service with 1Pop3 email

I need to give hosting to a couple of domains but I need something very cheap even if with limited features:

- At least 2Mb of web space
- 1Pop3 email

Nothing more but I need something cheap offered by a reliable and well known company, thanks for your suggestions.

A public thanks to webscorpion, your server is something great, never seen all those features together in a single control panel so easy to use, I'm really very satisfied ... I configured 2 temporary mailbox and I published a temporary page in seconds, really too easy and very reliable host.

You can try it for free, one month I can spare you 20MB of space. Then you can see the nice features for yourself.

I'm currently finishing the site for this hosting. Then I'll offer packages for cheap.
