Need Advice

Well, to put it bluntly, me and my friend have made a script that is like an online profile site, but, when it came to naming it, that was the hardest part, everything we though of was taken or we didnt like, the only sort of name we can think of that would suit the site would be something like MyProfile.com but we were weary of buying it as it may clash with myspaces copyright/trademark laws, as the script will be similar to what myspace's is. Do any of you know if it will, and if would be safe to buy, as i have had no past expierience with websites legal issues.

Other than that name being registered, and with it being quite generic, it will probably cost a good bit, you shouldn't have any problem. News Corp. can't TM the prefix 'My'.

In the future, you can always search for currently registered trademarks here.
