advice Need a wordpress offer form/contact form plugin?

Can you suggest for me a wordpress contact form "plugin" that works great for a domainer?
It must have the option to submit an offer

Have you used Contact Form 7? As much as I know you can customize it according to your requirements.

i have tried it and you can change form fields but i don't see an option to change the layout like the one currently on my site. If i can't fix the current form then I'll just settle for another. Since a working form is always better.

Could you use two forms? One for inquiry and one for make offer? maybe two buttons on the page, each linked to each form.

Also, it's pretty easy to edit any form.
