Need a WordPress expert or Someome Very Experienced

I have a blog already set up an looking to have a few edits made.

Arcade Index
As you will see it needs some decorating done to dress it up just a bit.

What I am looking for:
nice search box, page numbers at bottom, feed burner at top, tag clouds on bottom, subscribe email button and a readers button. I dont know much about WP at all so I am not sure what can be done with a simple plugin and what needs to have the code / css edited.
