Need a WordPress plugin created or modified

I am looking for someone to find an existing plugin, modify a plugin, or create a plugin that will do what I want.

There are some WP plugins that will allow you to post to a WordPress blog via email, but I cannot find one that works like it does with Blogger. The formatting is bad or links and other tags are stripped out.

What I want is to be able to create an HTML email in Outlook, have some links, maybe some images and be able to email that to my blog and have it posted and look just like it does in my email when I send it.

I will pay to have this developed, but I would like to partner with the person that makes this for me so we can offer it for sale.

But if you know of a plugin that already does what I want, let me know and if it works you will get a reward. A nice reward I think...
