Need a review and maybe some tips

Ok so i need a review and some tips(if any).

This Site is a video (to be also game) site.
There are some interesting difference in this compared to other sites of similar content.

There are between 200-600 new videos added daily and they are NOT user uploads they come from my little secret.(i'm not telling :] )

Consider this, Youtube has about 50-100 new videos each day (Watch they're rss for newest videos :] )

I Chose adbrite for ads because overall this ad network put some pretty targeted ads and good pay.

A. The template is pretty unique.

So what do you think?

Alright, you asked...here's the answer:

Before i answer with a definitive rating, though, let's get started from the top.

The banner is non conclusive and doesn't brand your site at all.
The logo itself needs to be professionally designed, currently it's blurry, small and doesn't do anything for your site.

The content: It's pretty much an arcade site as almost all others that walk through the doors here. Categorization is well done, although i'd appreciate a better designed and more interactive nav. bar. (roll over images, cascading selections, etc.) you're working with static images, play with some flash elements and gear your site a bit more towards eye-candy. Essentially, you're using a classic arcade script, there's nothing that makes your site stand out more than the next site.
The video/RSS piece? I wasn't able to see it at first glance, which, since you're already made a point that this is one of the key selling points, is already not getting the point across. if you're aiming to make a difference through this, you're going to have to maximize your visual efforts and branding towards this piece.

overall, at this time, i'd give you a 2.5 out of 10.
