Need a forum theme...

I decided I'm going to be turning NewbiePlanet.com into a forum, but I'm hesitating on what theme I should go for. I could make it for webmaster but then again that's been done so many times already. I could also go towards gaming but I don't know.

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

Well if it is NewbiePlanet target maybe towards a grouping of newbie things? Let's say if you are going to go towards web design maybe do design, imaging, forum creation, and the whole lot.

What kind of webmaster is going to want to be referred to as a "newbie" though?

The webmaster may be like a pro to everything and helping newbies. If I were you, Guardian, I would turn the site into a discussion forum that provides premades and tutorials for newbies (e.g. A complete idiot's (in this case newbie's) guide to blahblahblah)

Thanks for the suggestions everybody (rep added). As for webmasters not wanting to be referred to as a newbie, I could understand that. Then again, the forum ranks could be like "Total Newbie, Super Newbie, Newbie God, etc.", sort of like a joke. About the guides, that would be a good idea. I'm just a bit lazy or lack the motivation for that kind of website, it doesn't interest me enough to do all that content work.

Hmm .. this is not a bad idea, as long as you'll find people with some sense of humour :D

And this "twist" could make the project succeed in the end .. anyway .. keep us posted
