First, it was ATT.com (AT&T) that let ATTT.com expire now Navient.com. The student loan sector is a very competitive sector, this move makes no sense at all. I guess it was too much to just forward the domain name to SallieMae.com. Navient was formed when Sallie Mae split in two distinct entities. Why Sallie Mae did not keep EducationLoan.com?
