There is always room for more, when? 2 years from now, 5? 10 years from now? 25? 100?

$50K to $700,000 and still mentioning more can be made = living in the dark.
Maybe not in dark just foresight of 2-3L is millions but great move and wouldn't have held back if found myself in situation great decision.

$50k is nothing and even $1M is nothing these days. Think Big!
I think I understand what you mean but it all depends on what you need it for.

Here it is a lot of money because
1. We have free education (Taxpayer funded)
2. We have relatively free healthcare (Taxpayer funded)
3. We have a great standard of living. Even these idiots in the so-called ghettos (The ghetto is the idiotic mind).

When you have to pay for all of the above I can understand that a pot of $50,000 for a family is not going to go far. The price of education, medical treatment and maintaining a high standard of living for the populace is around the same amount of money in Sweden and the USA.

Paying some of the highest taxes in the world is worth it when I see what is happening in other places. Yes, there are many problems here too. It's hard to get large amounts if you have no respect for small amounts. "Look after the pennies and the pounds look after themselves" - UK saying.

Still a phenomenal ROI within 2 years. Strong head.

whoah... keith. i thought you and nP were always in disagreement. But this sale changes everything!

I can only imagine how you priced Nas at $720k... Would take all of your decades of experience, i suppose. I understand it's a 3L and pronounceable, and a recognizably used brand in multiple industries...

But I wouldn't have thought high xxx,xxx... Maybe 150k for optimism...

i feel like if i had denied xx,xxx and xxx,xxx offers. THen it would just be a huge risk to hope for 720k...
I do not always agree with the rules here. One that stands out is that when a seller creates a thread asking for an exact dollar amount and you say ok, I agree to pay. NP doesn’t consider that binding.

As for NAS, the buyer got a domain that will only increase in value over time. There is lots of upside here. 3L pronounceable .com are so rare that the other one I own wouldn’t be below 7 figures.

Great sale!...congrats to the seller & buyer!!

if i had 50K, i would retire and i wouldn't buy anything lol :D ^_^
In no part of the world, you will be able to survive at $50k life long if you are in the early 20s to 50s.

Congratulations for this splendid achievement!

Appreciate if you could share few things:
1. What was the BIN price and lowest price ?
2. Suppose you want put 100 as BIN, now based on your experience what should be ideal minimum price ?
3. For such high value transaction which market place like DAN, SEDO, Afternic is more suitable ? Or do you suggest to engage with expert brokerage agency?
4. As we all know offer price is normally highest with end user. How you figure out if the person is end user or just investor ?

Thanks in advance and sorry if you find these questions silly but will appreciate if you could share your views and give some insights to us.

if you have a tight budget, you can always google and google and google niches until you find that one domain that no one has regg'd yet.
