Naming site domain name?

I'm looking to create a name-generator site, but most of my domain ideas have been taken.

for example:
101names.com
namepoint.com
namestation.com
onetruename.com
etc.

Would you folks be able to provide any ideas of available names that might work?

To get some more ideas for your name generator site... have... have you tried using a... name generator site? Or perhaps... you have a script... for your name generator site... which you could use... to generate a name... for your name generator site?

For one, I don't think you are going to find any good .COM's with Name****** in them...NameGenerator, NameCreate, NameSpawn..anything like that is probably already taken in the .COM extension (and yes - most are probably just sitting around parked to never actually be developed)

My suggestion would be to visit your favorite online thesaurus and start looking up similar words to both and then messing with those..Find different words that mean that same "Domain" or "Name" and different words that mean the same as "generate"..Mess around with those and you may find a decent .COM that hasn't been registered already. Otherwise, use another domain generator site or start messing with three word .COM's like FreeDomainGenerator or something along those lines..

The only other good solution would be to look around the boards..look around ebay...etc and try to find someone selling a decent name in that niche and pick it up from them.

Yeah, that's what I did FPF. And while there were a few new ideas that came of it, they all seemed to be taken. I was hoping maybe the bright minds here would have some ideas that I maybe didn't think of.

Some of the PM'd ideas are pretty cool, but I'm going to ponder over them and I'll let you guys know what I end up deciding.

In the meantime, I'm happy to keep entertaining more ideas!
