I assume this is based on whether they actually catch the name now?

Havent had any confirmation or anything. Although, have a couple of screen shots of me being the highest bid winner.

Yes, it is. If they catch the name, you get charged your bid price. If they don't manage to catch the name, then you pay nothing.
