This website will be all about domains. This logo will be featured at conventions, clothing & accessories, and everywhere else. At NameSquare.com users will have access to a bunch of cool domain resources and information. NameSquare.com will showcase thousands of domains.

I thought of a square as the logo with each side as a domain suffix (.com, .net, .org, etc). Lets see some true creativity. If possible, I want to somehow show in the logo/design that .COM domains are supreme of all others.
I am not too sure of the color scheme. Let's not get too crazy but lets see what you can whip up.
Winner will also receive free t-shirts, coffee mug, and more with NameSquare logo design.

My Take

iulia87 -- Nice design. It's very hard to read and other suffix such as .edu are not really available for the general public to buy or register. The logo isn't really clear and concise. The font is OK. I would recommend re-making design.

oswin_mb -- Very nice. You're certainly on the right path. Let's see what it looks like with additional suffix at the top like .co, .us, .ca, .me -- also play around with the colors more.

iulia87 - I still don't like the logo, text, and color. The logo is the real killer. I would recommend making an entirely different logo all together. If you are interested in adding domain suffix, stick to com, net, org, info, biz, etc. these are some of the most common ones.

bingbang - Certainly on the right path. Still may need some work with logo. Font OK. Color is OK. Look into playing around with other colors.

appleiinc - Very hard to read. It wouldn't make much sense to have a hexagon logo. The logo text is also incredibly difficult to read. I would recommend starting all the way over.


To everyone:
Even though using other suffix is an option, it's not a requirement everyone. Don't restrict yourselves to just making a box on the side of some fancy text. Play with the text itself too. Integrate a box somewhere in or around the text, make some type of cool design with the text, etc. These are just some ideas. Remember, it has to make sense.
