Namescout - What Were Their Deposit Requirements? Is a Refund Due?

Before they discontinued the service, Namescout used to be one of the major players in the drop market and I used them quite a bit. There drops were originally $15, and, than, towards the end, was increased to $35, I believe. They, also, had an auction system for names that they caught. Well, I just discovered that my acct w/ them still has a credit of a couple of hundred dollars, they are no longer in the drop biz and the only option I have w/ my acct credit is to name registration which is very limited, (they only offer tld's) and expensive, .(com is $35). Needless to say, the best option for me is to get a refund. In light of the fact that the deposit was made, due to a requirement of their drop auctions I think I have a, fairly, good argument to support a request for a refund.

It would be very helpful if someone could refresh my memory as to what the deposit requirements were for bidding in their auctions. It would be great to have this info at hand before I talk to them. Any thoughts, comments and/or moral support will, also, be graciously accepted. Thanks
