I have listed my first 2 domain with Namerific and it would be great to share your experience with Namerific.

My experience so far is good. I submitted 4 names and 2 accepted within 48 hours. Logo design was done with 24 hours after verification of the domain names.

Now I need to wait and see if the domain get sold.

Just share your experience with Namerific..

Interview with Mike Navarini,

An interview with Mike Navarini Namerific.com. Mike gives us some insight into why Namerific is better than their competitors and tells us the top sale so far on Namerific for 2016. 1) How long have you been buying and selling brandable names and how did you get involved with Namerific ? I bought my first domain as a teenager, and have been collecting them ever since. I met my co-founder, Zane … [Read more...]

Has anyone paid to have a domain featured? Wondering if it is worth the money.

I'm not sure if you got the feedback you were looking for when you posted the quoted post on page one of this thread three years ago. For market research and discussion purposes, allow me to share my experience with you...

I recently paid for Qewt.com to be featured. No luck yet, but shhhhh it's been featured for over a month, and I only paid for one month of featured listing. :$:

Has anybody else noticed anything similar? I wonder if this post will flag them to remove it soon.... :?:

Building out your own site is probably the best option, which many seem to be doing now. It's not for everybody and you need to have the skill set to do it, but keeping that traffic in house and building equity in your own brand should pay dividends down the road.

Services like Efty.com are another middle of the road option. They use direct sales landing pages like BB but you would have to provide the logos if you're after that brandable domain boutique experience. You'll also have to handle the transaction through Escrow.com or another payment provider. The nice perk is no commission is paid. You do pay a low monthly fee though.

Why not both Namerific and Efty Marketplace? More marketplaces = more exposure! Of course, there are listing fee's to consider, but I mainly speak of the domains NR accepts without an upfront listing fee if you're still unsure if you want to invest into Namerific listing fee's. $0 up front cost + nonexclusivity = 0% risk right?

I'm happy with my current landing page provider, though since I'm not a coder, I'd like to give Efty's custom marketplace option a try again. I've been slacking by simply sending my clients emailed lists and spreadsheets. To the new EFTY Marketplace Showcase thread I go to get caught up on some new features @Doron Vermaat mentioned two weeks ago!

Thanks for the shout-out @Grilled - You're correct. Namerific doesn't require exclusivity and/or using their name servers meaning you can use your own For-Sale landing page to capture type-in inquiries and offers and list the domain on your own marketplace. Efty allows you to customize your landing pages, including writing your own description and uploading your own logo. An example of one design we offer can be viewed at MovingUp.com.

I don't want to hijack this thread so any questions or comments about Efty features can be asked in the thread Grilled linked..

Thanks @Doron Vermaat for the response. Though, I think the real EFTY Thank you should go to @NameClerk.com for the original EFTY shoutout, which prompted me to ask...

Why not list your domains with Namerific and Sedo and AfterNic and Flippa BIN and NamePros and EFTY and a Friend's EFTY page!.

I logged in to Namerific to submit a domain, and i discovered that they have accepted one domain i have submitted a couple weeks ago - but i didn't get ANY email about that. I checked in spam - nothing. So, if i didnt log in - i would never knew they accepted the domain. How's that?

Unfortunately, it happens all the time with NR. I only left a few names there and just gave up on them.

@golan @Zoltan P. All great QA points! I assume they're revamping the system.

Their email system spazzed out and sent me reminders every two days to verify domain ownership.

I'm not sure I want to sell Sour/Juice.com, and have held off in forwarding it to Namerific thus far. I emailed Namerific, and requested them to stop sending me emails.

I'd rather see sales / offer emails, instead of verification request ;)

Though, I suppose, the more domains I add / forward, the more offer / sales emails I'd receive.

I had exact same experience! Logged in the other day to see 6 names accepted, no email and no link to pay the listing fees etc. Emailed the support - heard nothing back in over a week. My first 2 names that got accepted took them over 3 weeks to review and about the same time to design the logos (about 3 times longer than my average at BB). Honestly, I'm under a strong impression that they don't take it seriously.

Has anyone had ANY sales on NR lately?

I was getting emails from them instantly when they wanted me to pay the listing fees. Lol. But this one they accepted with no fee, so maybe because of that they don't really care when/whether i ever get to know about the acceptance.

Okay, so I have one name listed with Namerific.

I got an email two weeks ago saying someone made an offer on the name. I accepted the offer.

I haven't heard anything back. I'm guessing this may mean that they haven't heard back from the buyer, but who knows? What has been your experience between offer and completed sale?

@Grilled, do you have any experience with the sales process at Namerific? From offer to finalizing the sale? I emailed them but haven't heard back.

Sounds likely, Namerific can be slow in genreal but I found with a sale they were pretty quick to get it sorted

Hey @Candace Cooke - You seem to be having an interesting Namerific experience!

I'm sorry to hear about the communication errors. If you PM me the domain, I will reach out to Namerific and see if I can prompt a response. I have had one low ball offer via Namerific and one BIN sale this year. Both domains were pointed to Namerific. I don't consider a domain sold until I am paid, I'm cynical like that...

Because Namerific allows the seller to price their domain within reason, I suggested they adopt a system similar to AfterNic or DNS. where the seller provides their minimum accepted price and the BIN. This allows the marketplace to broker a acceptable minimum price sale with the buyer on the spot.

If I were to guess, I would assume either your buyer (a) is still deciding if they to purchase the domain and/or taking their time with payment or (b) only needed one domain, and shopped around to see the best deal they could get. My fingers are crossed for option (a)!

EDIT: The above screenshot is from AfterNic front end search. My suggestion wouldn't show the buyer the minimum make offer price, though, the backend, would allow the seller to upload more pricing information such as AfterNic does below.

Thanks @Grilled....heard back from them, they say that they sent the buyer the invoice. I guess they're waiting on the buyer. I just wish the communication would be better though. We'll see what happens.

Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the Namerific domains?

Thanks.

somebody knows where could I see Namerific sale reports?
I make them logo design sometimes and want to know if there is some chance to earn with it?
I try to select 4L or good keywords names to be sure they will be sold, but anyway....
I made them logos for Datety, Grsly, CGKS, SoPixel, Oqus (already approved) and TheLanguageStudio and URLU (still in process).
Do these names have any chance to be sold there?

Oqus and Urlu are nice. There is a user here on NP with username URLU.

They are not my domains, I just make logo for Namerific auctions.
If the domain will be sold they pay, so I was curious about the sales and stats.
