Namejet - Pending Auction

So I backordered a "pre-release" domain for a friend and it said "Pending Auction" after the "Backorder By" date passed... but today I see it went to "Wish list" status.

Never really bothered with Namejet in the past... can anyone shed any light on what happened? The guys freaking out, lol.

Seems like it was supposed to be a pre-release but then they decided to pull the plug?

The owner of the domain noticed it was expiring and renewed it at the last minute.
