Namejet - Only backorder yet pending auction?

I backordered a pre-release name on namejet, was the only backorder placed when the pre-release closed and now the status is Pending Auction... anyone experience this? The listing still acknowledges there was only 1 backorder placed.

Do I have to outbid myself in a private auction?

Normally the pending auction status will close shortly, and the domain will be billed and awarded to you. Patience.
