advice NetSol expired domains which don't get purchased at NameJet

Hey Pro's,

I was wondering if anyone knows what happens to a domain after is has expired and goes through pre-release auction at NameJet without getting any bids? If I were to put the backorder in over at Network Solutions after it has been passed over at NameJet, but before it hits pending delete, would that mean they would push the domain to me?
