Namejet name submission

Hi,
This is my first time of submitting names to namejet auction after Laurie retired, but it is not as easy or it is now stressful than when she was there.. No reply from them more than 48 hours after submitting my name..
Pls did you have any solution to this problem

I submitted names to them over 2 and a half weeks ago and I still have not heard back from them.

I called and emailed them numerous times to find out how long it will take to get a response on the listing submission. All requests have gone ignored so far.

Looks like Namejet has some serious issues since Web.com buy out in April 2019.
