Namejet can cancel the domain in pre-release stage?

Hi,

Let's say a seller had submitted a domain with no-reserve for auction at Namejet.

Currently the domain (no-reserve) is in pre-release stage having 2 backorders and has 2 days left for auction to begin.

Still 2 days are left for auction to begin, but the domain gets sold at other marketplace.

So if we request Namejet, will they cancel this domain which is currently at pre-release stage with auction yet to begin?

If anyone has experience in this, please share your thoughts.

I don't have an experience in such situation, but if the domain has 2 backorders then it's equal to the sale, you are in trouble.
