Namecheap-- can not receive sms in China

I now have a problem that I can't receive the security code by SMS when I log in to namesoap. I am in China. After a search, many Chinese people reported this problem. When contacting customer service, I didn't receive a reply due to incomplete order number. It's too long time past since my last order. Is there any namecheap staff here? Can you help me?
Can anyone here help me to give some suggestions. thank you!
