GoDaddy two-step verification

I have activated two-step verification or so-called two-factor authentication with Godaddy.

Yet I receive double text messages.

I use the first SMS to log in, yet I receive another one when I am logged in.

Would it cause any security breach with the system?

Whenever I use this system, I am receiving two SMS s.

Are there others facing the same thing as I do?

Sounds like a potential issue with the service carrier and how it interacts with us. I would not be too worried but you can always change your 2 factor to a authenticator app instead of a phone number such as Google Authenticator.
