.tv Name.com and .tv backorders

It's the second time that I have a domain with Name.com Nabber and they don't catch it.
But the strange thing is that the domain then shows available and I can register it with Enom.tv....
It's very strange but lately, the Name.com quality of service has fallen down dramatically.
Has it ever happened to you?

At least Name.com refunds your money when unsuccessful. Unlike NoDaddy.

If domain is good, Pheenix or Dropcatch.com will catch it anyway
