NOTE: I am aware of the Myspace C&D threats to other websites. This site has not received one. If you are buying this site you are aware and obviously either don't care or are hoping that Myspace will tone down.

I am selling because I would like to develop it further but have other things more important.

Registrar: Godaddy. The domain is young so it needs to stay there. about 11 Months left on the registration
Revenue: From Jan 1 - 25, 2006 it has made over $30 via google ads
Traffic: 500-800 Unique per day, Over 14k for the month
From where: Traffic is mainly from people reposting the link to the site and search engine.

Includes the login and password to http://www.myspacehell.com/myspacehelldotcom

Is there a BIN? No. I will probably take the highest bidder ASAP so I can buy some more sites I will not need.

Restrictions: I would like to keep a copy of the perl script just incase I want to use to the code for something else. Also the links on the left hand side NEED to remain on the site as they are sending traffic to the site as well.

Ok i'm setting a bin based on a standard. The average revenue is about $1.36 (based on my Screen Shot) per day. $1.36 x 365 = $496.40. BIN = $475 As long as you keep the site viral it will continue to grow

Traffic mainly from Myspace and google. There is a topsite that the site links to where some traffic comes from as well.

Or when you say orgin? as in which country mainly? In that case it seems to be mainly US and Australia followed by the UK.

The links that have to stay, have to stay just if you want to keep the hits they're sending? Or there is a compromise for them to stay there? And if so, for how long?permanently?

Two are to a myspace topsite ( which send traffic ) and one to a poll site that provides polls for myspace ( which send traffic ) So there is no reason to take them off unless you want to reduce whatever traffic they are sending. I mean technically you don't have to keep them but buyer will have to inform me if doing so I can let the 3rd parties know.

It's gonna be a pretty tough sell at that price (you even get very few bidders below $100 now) because the site's less than a month old and there obviously won't be repeat visitors due to the nature of the content. Hence, nobody knows if the traffic can be maintained the next 365 days (and that's just to break-even) or when the C&D will come from MySpace.

Let me know if you even consider our bids or when's the auction end date. Othwerwise, I'm withdrawing my bid.

It will be a no go. Anything with the word "myspace" in the domain is a no go. I run several big myspace sites and the domain will not fly.
