Hello,

I'm looking to sell my recently developed site, MyHTMLCodes.com. It was a site that I made for me to have a little fun when I was bored. The site is mainly a place for Myspace users to get layuts, codes, flash games, animations, html help, scripts, generators, and other thingsof the sort for their Myspace page.

The site has been up for about 20 days (not even a month) and it hasn't really had much advertising, but with advertising and adding some layouts or anything like that, this site could really take off, with the sucess and popularity of Myspace and all.

It currently has over 70 layouts in the database, and around 5-6 generators. Various scripts, generators, and codes, basic html help and over 1000 animations.

It will include an admin back-end, for controlling the editing, adding, and deleting of layouts, generators and other things.

It has a nice looking custom layout, and custom scripts.

The current ads on the site have generated around $5 dollars, but have been moved around, and I was testing other ad companies, so it wasn't really consistent.

The site is getting on average 50-60 uniques, and somedays up in the 100's, and the sites only been open not even a month .

I currently don't have an asking price, but I'd like it to be something up in the $100+'s.

An explanation would be nice but I'm a little more concerned about either receiving the site or a refund of the money I sent.

i remember making a deal with this guy through WHT, he was selling the site roflnub.com and i offer him around $300+ so i sent him the money but only to find out that he already made a deal with another guy before me for a lesser price and he already transferred the domain to him...

the guy wasnt too happy so he wouldnt return the domain back, luckily he return my money back and the site went to the other guy, what a waste of my time.

i know this since he's on my msn contact list and was interesed on buying this site as well before it was posted on any forums
