Hello, unfortunetly i have to sell my website www.yourspacelayouts.com as i am heading to university and wont have the time to keep the site updated with new graphics and layouts.
Site:
The site was created October 2006 so its is almost 1 and a half years old.
The domain www.yourspacelayouts.com is PR4, last update it was PR5 and im guessing it will be PR5 again after the next update.
The site uses Gregs MSRS which is no longer for sale although it has been customised to increase SEO

Content:
All content was purchased for the site, there is no stolen content.
All generators have been purchased and set-up for yourspacelayouts.com to increase returning traffic.
I have spent thousands on layouts, graphics and generators for the site.
Traffic:
Currently the site is receiving around 5,000-6,000 unique visitors per day.

Revenue:
The site is making on average $25-$30 per day with adsense. This income has been steady for the past 5-6 months.
I also use adsense for referalls which ive had up for the past 2 months and it has brought in $135. You could improve this by adding only relative ads to the site.
I have also been selling text links on the site which bring in around $250 per month although as i am selling there are none up atm.
In total the site generates about $1,000-$1,2000 USD per month.
I am sad to see this site go but i cannot put any time or effort into it anymore and i feel that its best to sell the site when revenue and visitors are increasing so the new owner can fully capatalise on its potential.
I am looking for offers in the $9000+ range.
