I am posting this on behalf of the owner of the site I work for. Currently he has around 100NP$, I know so very low, but we are looking for a star wars forum skin. We can offer advertising to a site and pay some NP$ once we get them.
The browns on this site http://www.starwarsunited.com/forum/portal.php are pretty good but the overall look still sucks. our site we are trying to modify is http://www.starwarsff.xenorhost.com/forums/index.php. As you can see it needs a lot of work.
This is a first come first serve contest. Whichever we like the best first will get the reward. We can pay NP$ (any reasonable amount but have to be paid 100NP$ at a time as we get them) or by advertising for a set amount of time.
Since you design the template you can leave room for your ad, as long as it isn't intrusive to the overall design.
