As the site itself is incomplete, this review won't cover everything. The first impression of seeing the page was good. It was a clean and simple layout, and it was also good to see the navigation menu easily. The links were clearly viewable and could be defined from the rest of the content. It seems that maybe there is too much text for a portfolio, and no images of your work or anything else. I assume this is because the site is incomplete.
It leads onto the point that visitors should be able to see your works on the main page as this should impress them first. Are you good at drawing vectors or cartoons? I don't know - your visitors should know if you want customers. As your site develops, the page is going to be a lot bigger, so you should plan to break different sections up.
A first impression I got from your menu was the Dotster, CheatHouse and Ezyrewards link. Most professional portfolios would not have these links as it shows that you are more concerned about the money than customer satisfaction. Then as I looked down the page, I saw your Alzheimer link. I have no idea why that is there, but again, visitors would be confused.
Hopefully you will develop your other pages well. First impressions count. Good luck with it.
