I'm having problem with my personal Paypal account, any advice will be welcome.
First, my personal account was limited. Then I contacted Paypal via their webform help. After I pointed out the rule that supporters from Brand Risk Department told me I violated, doesn't even exist in the Acceptable Use Policy, they stopped replying.
I tried to call their support phone number many times, but only the AI system replied me.
Then I tried to contact them via Facebook, and after letting people know the content of the conversation between me and the Paypal supporter via Facebook, they removed my comments, and banned my Facebook account from their page.
Here is the last comment I put on their Facebook page.

The reason Paypal limited my account is that: "Under the Acceptable Use Policy, you must obtain pre-approval to accept payments for file sharing, BitTorrent or usenet websites as well as for newsgroups or similar services."
While Acceptable Use Policy says "Providing file sharing services or access to newsgroups; or selling alcoholic beverages, non-cigarette tobacco products, e-cigarettes or prescription drugs/devices."
After chatting with Paypal, based on their "feeling", they said a cbox is a newsgroups. Well, we all know cbox is not newsgroups, and it doesn't have anything to do with newsgroups.
And our accounts will be limited because of Paypals "feeling", without any evidences.
I'm really disappointed, I've used Paypal for years without any problems. And I've just removed my personal email from the business account, and created personal account few weeks ago. And it has problems.
I'm really disappointed in the supporters, they just do what they want to based on their "feeling". And we can't do anything, even if we have clear evidences that we're right.
I see there are more and more people complaining about Paypal, and it's getting worse and worse everyday.
It's what Paypal told me, and then stop replying: "As I stated, I understand you feel that cbox isn't file sharing or newsgroups or anything of that nature. We feel differently about the activity on the account and based off of our assessment we have decided to no longer offer you service. We wish you the best of luck in finding another payment processor but at this point we will no longer be able to provide you service."
