2 weeks ago, I had to shut down access to my websites because I went over my bandwidth...

...I just put my websites back online and I found that my pageranks all went from PR3/PR2 to unranked!!! Plus, they're not even found on the first few pages of the SERPs for their own keywords...

What horrible, horrible luck. I've been waiting for the past year, building backlinks, pulling SEO, and constantly adding and updating content. And now, because my site was down while Google was doing their update, I lost everything I worked for. I'm so unbelievably pissed off right now. Not really from the pagerank as I never put much emphasis on it, and now even less emphasis. But from my drop in the SERPs. All because I was forced to take my site offline for 2 out of the past 52 weeks!! This blows.http://www.namepros.com/web-hosting-discussion/385884-help-133-bandwidth-used-by-thief.html

Google will start to index you again and the work will have paid off. The 1 thing that might snooker you at the moment is the so called sandbox it might take a while for you to get back into the results but when you do you should make great advances (on where you are now) to where you were at least.

If in future you do have to go offline try and arrange for your site to give a 503 header. This header helps google (and other search engines) know that it is a temporary downtime.

I think that it is nothing to worry about.
I think that your positions will come back soon. I think that you have to do the same things.
By the way, didn't you get any alerts from your web hosting provider?

..they did, but I was out of town for the week my bandwidth spiked (another example of my great luck) and didn't even think about checking my email. Once again, I do not blame 1and1 for doing what they did.

yikes, get your host to just bill you for overages instead of killing your account when you go over the limit
