.mobi Whiz.in - Horrible functionality

After almost 2 months of bad experience with whiz.in website functionality, I have finally given up.

I had lot of problems before with name server changes etc.
I had to go thru many PM s on this site with whiz.in rep here and he always responded quickly and provided step by step instruction on how to do it all.

I have twice changed servers in last 12 hours and everytime I followed correct instructions and got the confirmation message displayed on site that 'I will be notified when changed go thru'.

When I click on check running list of actions, it say 'no report found'.

So one message says changed will be made and I will be notified while the other message shows there is nothing that need to be changed.

My servers are still not changed.

It is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

I don't know what I can do, I already followed correct instructions.

I have 38 mobi names at whiz.in that I need to change servers to DSREDIRECTION.COM to.

I appologize for my rudeness today but I am very annoyed as I have never seen such a bad functionality at any registrar. The whole thing is a big mess.

I understand your concern. I just happened to read this. It would have been better if you sent email to [email protected] again. Posting here is not the official support method.

Go ahead and send email to [email protected] , with your issue, we will look into it.

Whiz.in uses same engine as thousand others resellers on ResellerClub. Also FYI... Resellerclub does plan improvements every quarter. Like coming soon is FREE Private whois

I tried many times again and exact same problem.

I have sent you email with all the domains.

Please change servers ASAP.
