What is the best Type of Paid for Service for SEO

Hi Everyone,

I have a question, i am looking to increase traffic and serps of my website, much like everyone else, however i was wondering what services people find the most useful for SEO purposes? I have bought a few and found some reasonably successful.

Is it link building services, or articles /pr submissions, or something else.

What have you found to be the most useful service that you have bought and why?

Ideally, you'd pay for great content. The trouble is that most of the people offering content will give you crappy articles no one wants to read. You can't buy canned "great content"...however, if you have a truly great idea for content, then sink some money into making it happen. If not great content, then try link building services.
