Purchased on 5/30/18 from a GoDaddy expired auction for $985.
Listed for sale on 6/23/18 with BrandPa.
Received an initial offer price of $12,500 and this was declined. The buyer countered with $14,500 on 8/13/18 and I accepted.
Finalized the transaction today, 9/11/18.

Very happy with BrandPa. Being my first domain sale ever, I did not have the best understanding on the process of selling and transferring a domain. BrandPa helped me step-by-step, no issues at all. High quality content and even better customer service!

I was really surprised how quickly this sold, even more surprised by the 1600% return in only a few months. I was feeling a bit defeated there for awhile, but I feel rejuvenated and hopeful for the future!

I don't have any plans on buying future domains right now, unless there is a really really good one that I can't pass up lol. I have several domains listed on Sedo and BrandPa, I'm going to wait for another sale before investing too much more. Thanks for your feedback :)

Congrats on the sale, great kick start imo!

If you will be reinvesting that money, be wise and good luck. :xf.wink:

Thank you! I do not plan on reinvesting right now. I have a few domains that I feel will sell at some point. So if I'm fortunate to sell anymore, I'll look to buy again.

Nice work mate (y) really good sale and to have the 'balls' to hold off on the initial offer was a risk that really paid off! Quality domain though.

Thank you! No, not as short. I don't have anymore 4LLLL domains. I have several 5 letter domains, nothing special though.

Lol sometimes that dollar menu calls your name
Lol..

Now that I am off of mobile, I can see your signature!

Thanks for your kind words! It's been a few months and I'm still shocked lol. I haven't had any sales since then, but I haven't been very active with domain buying/selling either. I have the rest of my domains listed on SEDO and a few on BrandPa, so it's a waiting game now :)

Congrats again @Mitchell Hengesbach

That was the most expensive domain I ever bought and I haven't made any domain purchases since then.
http://lhub.com/

Pretty simple one page site.
I guess their "Design and Build" department did not include websites.

Still, congratz on the sale.

Peace,
Kenny

Yes, very paired down. Surprising considering how much they paid for the domain. You'd think they would also pay a premium on a good website lol oh well.

Thank you!

I sold a/hub.com for $4.4K after buying it for around $2.2K and 2 months of holding few years back.

Oh wow, very interesting that the "hub" keyword is selling so quickly. Nice sale! I guess I'll be on the lookout for more "hub" words lol

Congratulations on the sale, however, hopefully you'll share more about the deal for new/old people to learn along with some sort of proof of sale!

Sure, I'm open to sharing. What exactly would you like to know? :)

@Mitchell Hengesbach sorry if I missed it , but curious, what was the BIN listed price on Brandpa?

You say declined 12.5 and accepted counter of 14.5.......did you decline without making a counter price as well ?

Thanks
