Established eBay Website Business is up for sale

My complete eBay Website Business is up for sale

With Detailed Proof of Income

This business takes at least 10 hours per week to carry on and I don’t have that sort of time any more. I’m working on a few huge web projects and I need more time and money to fund them. You will be taking over my business which makes me more then $8,700 in last 2 months. So therefore I have to sell this as I don’t have time for it anymore and I need to raise some money to put into our other business. It’s sad really. I wish I didn’t have to sell it, but I really do. Yes I will be presenting you with further proof of income. Read on.

You will have the complete rights to them and selling them and earning a good income. I have made more than $8,700 in last 2 months with this business and you can do it as well.

Anyway, let me give you the details of my business. I sell high quality Adsense websites. Now to run this sort of business you must be asking what kind of technical knowledge I need. Well to be honest if you can work your way around windows XP you are all good and you know how to use eBay. That’s about it. If you are already selling something’s on eBay you will probably be making more than me, 5,000 a month is an easily achieved task with this business.

The buyer gets the business in its entirety.

Total Income per year: $55,452 / Year
Costs:
eBay fees: $3,160/ Year
Paypal fees: $1,386
Total Net Income per year: $50,905.7

How come you only have a feedback rating of 50 on Ebay?

Yeah I was wondering that, unless he has seperate accounts, like adsense-websites is his main acc or something?

I have 50 feedbacks because I sell 10-15 sites monthly and this is 10-15 feedbacks. Right now I 12 buyers to left feedback.

I don't promise any money and I don't guarantee any profit, I show potential earnings from websites (I mean on websites I'm selling on ebay)

Don't say total income per year when you have clearly not been doing it for a year...say PROJECTED total income per year. Just one of the many reasons why people are thinking there's something wrong with this.

Also, the day that everyone you sell something to on eBay leaves a positive feedback for you, pigs will fly. Trust me, I was in it for over 5 years and in general it's about 1/2 to 2/3 if you're really good. So I'm not exactly buying that every single person you've sold to has left you feedback.

I dont think your Ebay account is worth that, as it seem you missing to sell the tools for doing the sites.
Just a 50 positive sales account isn´t that great.

I dont sell my ebay ID I sell my business. I will teach winner how to do everything and the winner will get all tools I use for building new sites and everything else he/she need to continue my business.

Now, I have 51 feedbacks. To be sure that I wait some feedbacks you can check my last feedback and you will see that auction is from Dec-22-2005.

You miscontrued what I was saying. If I am a good seller, and I auction off 100 items that all sell, I perhaps won't get any negative feedback, which puts me at 100% positive feedback, but I certainly won't get 100 positive feedback. I said 1/2 to 2/3, so like 50-66 out of 100. It perhaps gets higher if you're dealing with something that transfers instantly, but it will never approach getting positive feedback on every single thing you sell.

I have been watching this thread with interest how all the dreamtakers are destroying 'pepewebs' thread.

I have been dealing with Alex from Pepeweb for over 12 months. In that time he has created or redesigned the following websites for me:

www.stat-counter.com - since sold
www.webmaster-resource.org - since sold
www.aphotohost.com - about to be listed as for sale
www.confessionsins.com - just created + installed phpadnews and about to be listed for sale
www.justfilthy.com - did major work on this site as well as installed phpadnews
www.parksidegroup.com.au + installed cms
www.parksidedevelopment.com.au + installed cms
www.oceanbreezeonthestrand.com.au - template monster + installed cms
www.ecostudio.com.au - temporary site while permanent is being currently constructed.
www.parksidegroup.com.au/regencyhomes - under construction with gallery and cms

I could go on and on, but these are just some of the sites Alex has created for me or are under construction.

Alex is very professional to deal with, honest and reliable. He has made my life very easy since I got into websites. Currently Alex does two or three websites a month for me and if I have a problem with one of my websites, he fixes it within minutes of my email and normally without charge.

So, if you interested in what Alex has to sell, don't take any notice of the dreamtakers here who normally fit the profile of frustrated and unsuccessful webmasters.

PM me further screen shots of your ebay account stats. What price do you have in mind?

1) Does eBay allow people to take over accounts? Because registrant info even erased will always remain on file at eBay Inc and you can be liable for future damages caused by the buyer of your account.
2) Will you sign a legal agreement saying you will NEVER sell websites on eBay again for 10 years?
3) Its a one-man biz. Will you offer training?

Ebay Sale

You did a good job with that but you should try to get out of EBAY and move onto a more stable platform. If you want to see a website that has succeeded in an EBAY store and moved onto bigger better things, check out
ISBWEBPRO.COM...They sold $145,000 last year, and are making a pretty serious play at overtaking Network Solutions on the Google Adwords market...just something to think about!

If buyer want I can make website where he/she can offer sites for sale.

I think that ebay is good and easy way to sell online.

Thank you for your comment.

Thank you Lyn for compliments :)
