My .Be Problem Not Happy

Got a email few weeks back to confirm my email address and name which i did right away.Today they email me and told me they deleted it by mistake--Then they told me to register it again--Well its already taken!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not Happy!!!


Please ask your agent Nucleus to register this name again.

It is our mistake that we have deleted this name, because of the incorrect
information. But when I looked closer, the data were indeed correct.

We are very sorry and hope that Nucleus will register the name asap.

Be polite!

Tell her that it's not possible for you to reg the domain since it's already regged by someone else. Then ask her polite what to do now?

Do not delete the e-mail where she admit it's their mistake!

I'm pretty sure you will never get the domain, but she has admitted it's their fault. Do not suggest any solution.

I advise contacting the registrar with any information you might have, screen shots, proof or registering etc.. Im sure with a little poilteness they will reinstate you as owner of the name.

Well... I've got some of my .be deleted due to "incorrect" whois info as well... No matter how I edit it, they claim it wrong and they will delete right away. [EuroDNS]

Luckily, I did fast enough to reg them back .

We checked manually all domain names, registered during the campaign, on wrong
WHOIS
data.
By mistake your domain name was put into this list.
All licensees whose data were incorrect, received an email on December 2,
warning them
to update the incorrect data.
net.
Since we did not receive any reaction from you, we were not able to rectify
this mistake.
The domain name was deleted on December 19 and reregistered on December 21 by
another
licensee. The name was free for 2 days.
It is a pity you did not register the name at once (December 19), as my
colleague
advised you to do.

I freakin emailed them 5 times with that email---.Be domains suck and will never register one again.

Well filed a complaint in Begium Better Business Bureau.I was surprised they had one.
