This is interesting because it's not necessariy domains active, but would be pages within them indicating development extent. Since a parked domain is typically a single page, it wouldn't get as much weight as a developed site with lots of info.
The list at the link is very extensive and includes ALL ccTLD's as well as a bottom 20 list. Interesting read.
I was surprised to see .ca with more actual indexed pages than .de and .jp.
