Monster.com "Parking" Domains on WhyPark?!?!?

Stumbled upon this site, foodservicemanagement.com, and noticed that it says it's a Monster.com website but the favicon wasn't Monster's, though it still looked familiar I couldn't quite place it.

I did a whois lookup and sure enough the domain is owned by Monster but they are using WhyPark's platform! Domain servers are listed as ns1.WhyPark & ns2.WhyPark.

Thought that this was a bit different and kind of interesting...

Though WP does have the recently added "Apps", I'm not seeing any of them used on this Monster site. Maybe WP is trying out something in conjunction with Monster in hopes of being able to offer a "job app" in the future?!?!? (Just grasping at straws here...)

Or maybe Google and Bing/Yahoo aren't showing Google enough love for certain job search terms and this is Monster's (minimal effort) attempt to gain a somewhat better position for certain topics and funnel them to the main site.

What ever the reason, it sure has me scratching my head...
