Moniker website redesign - So much better now

I just visited the Moniker website and i noticed the new design. Personally i think the new design looks way better then the old one.
But maybe i am bias because a design i am working on for a website looks a bit similar

it looks "refreshed", except that i miss the cart (that used to be on the upper right hand corner)...

BTW, one Moniker customer reported the time-out due to inactivity thing has
been extended to about 1 hour.

I get the point of the change (Consumer registrar focus shift with new owners...) - but I'm of the opinion that it was just dandy before

I dont know, probably doesnt have anything to do with the new look, but Ive been getting some weird errors lately. Tried to reg a domain last night and got all kinds of problems. The registration failed twice using two seperate payment methods (both of which have funds). Then the domain is actually showing in my account, but it's not registered... Cant delete it or anything. Not sure what this is all about.

Seriously though, I think Moniker is the best registrar by miles, but I've never understood why there hmoepage takes so long to load- the last one used to, and this one is the same. I am on a 2mb broadband and its not like it with other sites, just wondering if anyone else finds the same?

Also, because of the loading time, I am away thumping in my username and p/w before the site is fully loaded, and it often 'jumps' the cursor from the login to the domain search box, which means I have searched the availabilty for 'gingeman', 'ingeman', 'ngeman' etc more times than I'd care to count. Hopefully this won't continue, or I'll learn some patience!

I didn't have any problems with the old design, but I have to admit that this new design is very eye catching. It was a nice little surprise when I visited Moniker and saw the new design. Keep up the good work Moniker!

I'd like to see moniker add --------abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz----------

To the top of the listings so one can click on the beginning letter for the word their looking up. Just one mans opinion.

Notice they also lowered their price for .com to the "industry average".
