Bad experiences? I only had 1 name there. Now 2! My shiny new, one and only .shop. Their system seems clunky compared to others. I remember having to live authenticate to create an account. I never really liked that, but my worst "authentication" was actually with enom. You wouldn't believe it.

Moniker – a person's name, especially a nickname or alias – released the contact details under one of my privately registered names without going through the proper channels. It's not so much of a big deal as it was then; it just caused me to reinforce my rights to that particular name, when, I shouldn't have from the beginning.
