Moniker - Login to Account Failure

I know there was another thread on this, but I can't seem to find it so hopefully this is okay.

When I login to Moniker I get a login to account failure. What do I do, is it worth contacting Moniker for this?

It happened to me once and their support suggested trying to login with my account number instead of my user name. That worked.

Doesn't work for me unfortunately.

I emailed Moniker about this. I'll be switching to Namecheap in a little while.

Still have not gotten an email from Moniker about this, three days later.

Someone also just contacted me wanting to buy one of my domain names that is on Moniker. Just great.

Any more ideas on what to do here would be great... Thanks.
