Can't log in to Moniker account?

I can't log into my Moniker account right now,
I am sure that the password and account ID are both correct,
but it always shows me "login failure" when I tried to log in....
anyone experiences the same thing?

I would think just about everyone logged in by now. But one tip is that if you choose "what the last 4 digits of your credit card" as the question to answer. Its a lot more easier a question to answer then "Who is your 3rd grade next door neighbor, mom's sister"

Yep me too. I had a transfer in progress when this happened which was denied in the "11th hour". Put in a new transfer order, and it transferred successfully the 2nd time around.
