Can't login to Moniker

I can't login to moniker account, the webpage is simply kept loading and loading.
Is this just me or it is moniker's site problem?

In order to submit a support ticket, you need to login first.
I called the phone number, but it is off hours now

It's been on and off for me for a couple days... currently can't get in.
