I ordered a privacy for a domain name last night, received an email says the order failed.
"Failed to update a Domain in registry. Failed to check availability of a NameServer in the registry. No response from registry."
Now I ordered again, it shows a different error on page:
"Privacy Error: java.sql.SQLException: The log file for database 'moniker_V2' is full. Back up the transaction log for the database to free up some log space."
Anyone has the same issue? I have sent support email to them, no reply yet.
