Moniker domain push not working "renewal in process"

Trying to push two domains to another Moniker account but the system won't let me with the message "Renewal in process". I renewed them both a few weeks ago and the whois database has already updated with the new expiration dates so why am I running into this problem?

It's Moniker. Their system has gone to hell.

Got a super fast reply from my support ticket that I opened not even an hour ago. It turns out I had a duplicate renewal invoice for renewal from 2016 to 2017. Just had to set my domains to delete after grace period and could push.
