Moniker Support Not Working

I initiated a domain transfer today, and I guess enom didn't unlock the names quick enough, so the transfer failed. So i double checked the Authorization numbers and went to use the Moniker Help Center. It won't load on FireFox. I used IE, it loaded but I couldn't log in to use the support system. I guess they switched to SalesForce for their support portal.

So I try calling in . . . I was on the phone for 30 minutes before I hung up to eat breakfast. My second call is clocking in at 55 minutes and still no support. I'd leave a message but who knows when they will call back and I need this resolved asap.

Anyone else having issues with Moniker's support today?

Anyone recommend a good place to move my domains - GoDaddy and enom need not apply.

So I go to leave a voicemail and it goes to an Oversee.net line. I go to hit 2 for domains and it doesn't work. So I am stuck here with ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT.

You're not the first to report beyond-buggy Moniker support.

Send a PM to Bari (jrzeygirl) here on NamePros. She's Moniker's support representative to this forum and is always very helpful.

Very few registrars offer much support on weekends.

Indeed ;) Her and the rest of the higher ups are great.

But why have such badly trained 'standard' support staff? (Well, not badly trained - but unresponsive/over-worked? etc)

Bari is the best.

The web site ticketing system wouldn't even load - it looks like they switched over to Salesforce.

The phone support never answered.

I emailed [email protected] and my dedicated rep. No answer.

Bari fixed it right away.

Then hours later, I got an email back from [email protected]

I should have been able to re-initiate the transfer from my control panel. you can click a checkbox and edit a transfer, but you can't do anything with it.

I wish they would give their control panel a makeover.

Moniker definitely has some issues from time to time and the support sucks, but overall they are still my favorite.

I also initiated some transfers today from enom to Moniker, one of them will expire in two weeks so I'm a little nervous.
