I Googled "Money", I found the top results are related to "Money News" such as money.cnn.com, Time.com/Money, MSN Money...etc

The keyword "Money" is googled 823K times every month

Google results are related to past history searches and Geo-location, so may be not everyone will get the same.

Also, Money.com redirects to Money News website which is Time.com/Money

Also I found that news.actor & news.sale are offered at 60K a year!!!, and news.finance is reserved.

So I simply registered News.Money, hope that one of the major media companies would be interested to buy it sooner or later

Of course I was looking for more commercial keywords, but they were gone by the late land-rush phase ( such as transfer.money)

News.Money is worth having it..hold it at least for 5 years...you would get at least $xxxx offer... But I don't like to register sex.money or whiskey.money as I feel it doesn't make any sense...

Been reading what I can, where I can about .io money, and it seems as if businesses, institutions, etc, related to the financial industry, would rather get a premium, short, one word .money than a poor quality, longed name, .com

They essentially are saying that all the .coms are gone and can't be had, so rather than settle for a crap .com companies will go for a premium .money

Who knows if this is going to take off, but just in case I grabbed a few. I am sure more info, news, and data has to come out, but for the $25 each, it will be a no brainer for me to hold onto my 4 for a few years

It looks very different as compare to whatever I have ever tried but having a popular site with such name can be really good still I believe that most people first choice is common extensions like .Com or .Net while .Money or this type of extension are least preferred as it does not go well with their mind set which has .Com or .Net written all over it so they just go with that instead of trying anything new.

Exactly...new gTlds are not just about extension... Its all about the combination...in any extension there will be few winners...even .club doesn't support all the names....
