Mockup Design Wanted (map related)

I need a mockup of a map:

-It should have a shape similar to New Zealand (the larger part only)
-It should be grouped into 4 sections (clearly distinct, something like: http://www.atpm.com/9.12/images/iconquer-game.jpg)
-Each section should have 3 entry points where water meets the island
-It should be marked to 75 territories within it (it can be random, something like: http://www.gmtgames.com/success3/SUCCESSORS_MAP-3.jpg)
-It should have some lakes and rivers

The map should have some depth and not be to cartoon like, but a nice blend of real and cartoon like would work. This would be a made up map and doesn't need to be exact.
