Website Redesign Mockup Needed

Someone at my job had our website redesigned early last year and they went for a futuristic very very flashy approach (flashy as in heavily programmed in Flash animations). Everyone is in agreement that this was not the right way to go, and it wasn't even a good use of flash so we want to redesign the entire site. What we want is someone to take some of our ideas, images that we would like to use, and our directives and come up with a really slick easy to use main page mockup to base our site around. Ideally we want to stick with this person for the entire project, but this will give us a good understanding of who to go with by having multiple people create a main page.

If anyone is interested, this is something we want done mostly in plain html and the only use of flash would be to cycle through a few images that shows off our product on the main page. Please post with your portfolio and I will contact you if we like it and want to go into detail about payment and time frames.

This is something we want to do ASAP so things will move quickly. If you have time to kill and can get this done soon - that is a plus!
